Conditions
All apartments have: T.V., microwave, oven, icebox, washmachine, taxes, sheets and towels. Our prices include hot and cold water, electricity, gas,wi-fi, parking for one car, taxes and washing clothes of the apartment every 8 days.
The price will be increased in 20% for a rent of one or 2 nights. From 3 till 6 nights, the price will be increased in 10%. In case of a rent lower than two weeks which are between two fifteenths, all nights will be counted with the high tariff. For a renting of four weeks, 10% discount. Rents for more people than 4, the price will be increased in 20 euros per person/night. A baby cot costs 35 euros. Pets are not allowed, except on previous authorization. Charges may be applicable.Deposit
The deposit is 30% of the price. When we receive the payment, we send you a bill-contract, where the customer accept the conditions. The period of letting the apartment will start at 12h o'clock noon of the day of entry and will finish not later than 10h o'clock morning of the day of exit. Cancelation: between 30 and 15 days before the day of arrival, the tenant loses 25% of the deposit. Between 7 and 15 days before the day of arrival, the cost is 50%. And 7 days or less before, the cost is 100%.
